Money
People who say “It’s not about the money, it’s about being happy” don’t know what they’re talking about. Because to a certain extent, money does equal happiness — i.e. you are able to pay your rent, your bills, your food. I used to think, no…it’s not about the money…it’s about being happy! But after realizing how much debt I have thanks to all those student loans — I have to say that I was wrong. It’s all about the money! Money does equal happiness (to a certain extent) because it grants you a very important thing — independence.

Is it possible to hate, yet love something at the same time? If so, I think that’s how I feel about this Oasis song. I love it because, well…it’s about love. I am a sap for love songs — I like to envision my future husband playing them acoustically on his guitar. Because he will play an acoustic guitar…i’ll make sure of it. :) But I hate it because it reminds me of a time when I was very unhappy with everything. But mostly, my decisions and how they would negatively affect my future. Thus, a very bittersweet song for me…
The Boat House in Central Park. Tatiana and I decided to spontaneously rent a boat…even though neither of us have rowed in our life. Naturally, being the stronger one, Tatiana decided to be the rower. I, the photographer. Ah, life…I love spontaneous decisions. They turn out to be the most memorable moments in life.
